After removing surface defects such as dirt and rust, all raw materials are applied to phosphate surface coating before entering production to facilitate easy shaping at 9-station, 15,000-tons/year capacity phosphating unit.
Raw materials leaving phosphating unit reach our 12,000- tons/year capacity wire drawing unit that is capable of rolling the wire to 2-25 mm in diameter.
Our multi-function, high-tech, 6,000-tons/year capacity forming units, which have 2-3-4-5 and 6 stations are capable of manufacturing products between 3-20 mm in diameter and 6-180 mm in length through cold formimg technology. A wide range of bolts, screws, studs, pins and rivets that have 4.6 - 5.8 - 6.8 - 8.8 - 9.8 - 10.9 - 12.9 material characteristics are manufactured in compliance with TS-DIN-ISO-ANSI standards, as well as customer samples, drawings and requirements.
In every phase of the production process, product quality tests are performed by experts through meticulous testing.

In our 750 kg/hour and 500 kg/hour, PLC controlled continuous thermal processing ovens that have a capacity of 7,000-tons/year, the products less than 2 kg in weight undergo tempering process in a controlled environment.
Besides our own products, we also do thermal processing services for outside companies for various other fasteners such as chipboard screws, tapping screws, ball joints and washers.
All products that undergo thermal processing are tested once again at our metallurgical laboratory in terms of their hardness and structure.
The packaging of products that have undergone final quality inspection is carried out either according to international standards or customer requests. Periodically calibrated, sensitive scales and automatic packaging units are being used in the packaging department of Bolt products. Utmost attention is paid to customers’ requests while determining packaging designs.
