BOLT fasteners, which started its production life by making its own designs in 1986 and established the BOLT R&D Centre, which is the 384. R&D Centre of our country, that was approved by the Ministry of Science Industry and Technology in February 2017.
BOLT R&D Centre has a multi-disciplinary researcher structure with consisting of machinery, metallurgy , material, Industry, mechatronic engineers and technicians, with its experiences gained and lessons learned.

All R&D activities such as lowering the costs of production, innovation in the product and production process , product quality or increasing product quality ,localization are supported by applying governmental TÜBİBAK and KOSGEB innovation projects. With the projects supported by other organizations in the enterprise, it has not only improved its knowledge but also had the opportunity to improve its laboratory facilities, since Bolt R&D established the projects are presented with papers or posters in symposiums and congresses, or sent to journals as scientific articles. It also supports R&D Innovation congresses.
